Circa 1820 Federal lolling chair, attr Judkins and Senter (1808-1826), Portsmouth, NH, mahogany, fine boldly turned legs with ring turnings and great acanthus leaf carvings continuing into great curving and serpentine arms, serpentine skirt, exceptional serpentine shaped top with flared styles, flared rear legs.

45” tall, 26” wide, 32” deep
Condition – nominal usage marks, 19th century upholstery-coil springs "updated" to seat in 19th century..          1059
