Circa 19th century wrought iron skimmer strainer, sieve, kitchen tool, hand painted, “penny” shaped handle finial with hole for hanging, hand-hammered handle and bowl back-finger with hammered rivets holding skimmer.
Later / old hand-painted florals and overall dark green striated background.
